I- All payments are final and there will be no refund other than adjustments on the purchased plans. II- I acknowledge that participation in fitness training, exercise programs, nutritional guidance and couching activities involve inherent risks including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, cardiovascular events and other injuries. III- I certified that I am physically capable of participating in exercise activities and that I have consulted with a physician if necessary. IV- I understand that neither the coach nor the couching business provides medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. V- I voluntarily assume all risk associated with participation and release the coach, employes, contractors and affiliates from liability for any injury, illness, loss or damage arising from my participation except were prohibited by Law. VI- I Understand that results are not warranted and depends on my own effort, adherence and individual circumstances. VII- I consent to receive fitness couching, exercise programing and nutritional guidance
